After the bell, the stock rose 2.3 percent to $47.07. The company recently announced a new 50/50 joint venture with Stolt-Nielsen Limited SOIEF, aimed at pursuing opportunities in small-scale LNG production and distribution.

magicJack VocalTec Ltd CALL also rose by 1.9 percent after the bell. The stock is recuperating some of the ground lost during the day, over which it fell 4.31 percent.

Same as Monday, Flamel Technologies S.A. (ADR) FLML is also a mover; the French biotech company dropped 1.6 percent on Wednesday trading following the reveal of a Hold rating at Zacks.
