Targa Increases Dividend To $0.7325

Targa Resources Corp. announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 73.25¢ per share, or $2.93 per common share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter 2014. The approved dividend represents increases of approximately 6% over the previous quarter's dividend and 29% over the dividend for the third quarter 2013. This cash dividend will be paid November 17, 2014 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on November 3, 2014.
