Estimates For Friday's USDA Cattle On Feed Report

The USDA Cattle on Feed report for December is due out at 3:00 p.m. ET. The number of Cattle on Feed for December 1 is estimated to be 101 percent of last year. The number of Cattle placed in November is expected to come in at 96.1 percent of last year. Cattle Marketed for November is expected to be 89.9 percent of last year. These are estimates by industry sources on the street. Weekly Beef Export sales reported Thursday by the USDA were 10,900 tonnes, down 2.6 percent from a year ago.
