announced Wednesday, that it is no longer interested in pursuing talks for a potential deal with Qunar Cayman Islands Limited

, based on Qunar's recent earnings report and corporate actions. Ctrip sent a confidential, non-binding, preliminary proposal to Qunar's board of directors in early May indicating its interest in pursuing a potential deal with Qunar. This week, Qunar responded to Ctrip, stating that the proposal was not accepted and indicating that Qunar would be open to having further discussions. Ctrip shares fell almost 3% Wednesday, closing at $74.88. Qunar shares fell $0.31, to close at $45.71.
