The following are the M&A deals, rumors and chatter circulating on Wall Street for Monday October 12, 2015:
Dell to Acquire EMC for $33.15/Share in Cash StockThe Deal:
Dell Inc. and EMC Corporation
EMC announced Tuesday, that Dell, including Michael S. Dell, founder, chairman and CEO of Dell, MSD Partners and Silver Lake will acquire EMC for $24.05 per share in cash, plus .111 shares of a new tracking stock linked to a portion of EMC's economic interest in the VMware business. The total combined consideration for the deal is $33.15 per EMC share, or approximately $67 billion.
The transaction is expected to close between May and October of 2016.
EMC closed at $28.35 on Monday, a gain of $0.49.
AB Inbev Raises Offer for SABmiller to GDP$43.50/ShareThe Offer:

to GBP 43.50 per share, with a partial share alternative available for approximately 41% of the SABMiller shares.
The
NY Post reported Monday, that there was just a 30% chance of the two companies getting a deal done, according to their sources.
Anheuser-Busch's previous offer of GBP 42.15 was rejected.
Anheuser-Busch closed at $111.49 Monday, down $0.39.
Qualcomm to Sell Vuforia Business to PTC for $65MThe Deal:

PTC announced Monday, it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Vuforia business from Qualcomm subsidiary, Qualcomm Connected Experiences, Inc., for $65 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of calendar year 2015.
PTC closed at $34.90 Monday, up $0.23.
