announced Tuesday, that News Corp has agreed to acquire online real estate company Move for $21 per share, or approximately $950 million, via an all-cash tender offer. REA Group Limited will hold a 20% stake in Move, while News Corp. will hold an 80% stake. The deal is expected to close in 2014.
