PVH Corp, Atlantic Power, Carlyle Group Lead Monday's After-Hours Movers

PVH Corp (NYSE: PVH) rose about 3.7 percent in late trading Monday to $108.50. The apparel company beat first-quarter expectations.

W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE: WTI) gained about 2.7 percent to $5.41 in late trading. The oil and gas company didn't issue news Monday.

Aveo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVEO) picked up 3.5 percent to $2.36 following the bell. The Cambridge, Massachusetts company closed up more than 12 percent earlier but didn't issue news.

Atlantic Power Corp. AT gained about 2.4 percent to $2.95 in late trading. The company, which owns and operates power generation assets, earlier on Monday announced a 4.79 percent dividend rate on its series 3 preferred shares, payable Sept. 30. Common shares closed down 2.3 percent.

Martin Marietta Materials Inc. MLM rose 2 percent in the extended session recently to $150.01 on no obvious catalyst. The shares closed down earlier 1.5 percent.

Flamel Technologies S.A. (NASDAQ: FLML) retreated 3.4 percent to $18.75 in the late session after closing up nearly 5.8 percent. The French-based drug company's chief executive had been slated to present at an investment conference in New York earlier Monday.

Net 1 UEPS Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: UEPS) dipped more than 3 percent to $15.40 in the extended session. The South Africa-based a provider of payment solutions and transaction processing services closed up 9 percent Monday on no obvious catalyst. The company said Thursday it acquired a 43.9 percent stake in the Hong Kong-based payment services company called Transact24.

Mueller Water Products Inc. (NYSE: MWA) declined about 2.8 percent to $9.09 following the bell Monday. The water distribution equipment provider didn't issue news.

Old Dominion Freight Line (NASDAQ: ODFL) lost 2 percent in late trading, changing hands at $67, after the company published an updated second-quarter volume outlook.

Carlyle Group LP CG dropped 2 percent to $30.97. The asset management company announced an offering of 7 million common units after the bell.
