Ingersoll Rand Names Francesco Incalzia As VP Treasurer

revealed that it appointed Francesco Incalza as its vice president, treasury, effective June 1. According to the company, as treasurer, Incalza would have global responsibility for all treasury operations. That included capital markets, cash management, foreign exchange risk management, pensions and insurance management. He has been with an Ingersoll Rand brand for fourteen years. The company's SVP and CFO, Sue Carter, commented about the appointment saying that "Francesco has demonstrated depth and proficiency in a number of leadership roles throughout his tenure. He has breadth of knowledge of Ingersoll Rand with a history of strong business success, and I am confident he will successfully lead our treasury group." Ingersoll Rand said that Incalza succeeds Janet Pfeffer's as Treasurer as she retired at the end of April. The company added that Incalza has been with the Trane brand since 2002 and most recently, he served as the vice president of finance for its Commercial HVAC North America and EMEA business. Before that, he served as vice president of finance for Climate Solutions EMEIA based in Brussels. The company said that he carried over two and half decades of experience in finance leadership positions. Before American Standard/Trane, Incalza was with Bulgari SPA in the Netherlands, KPMG Audit in Italy and a lieutenant in the Italian army. On Thursday, the stock traded flat $64.85.
