USD/JPY Little Changed

USD/JPY is little changed early Tuesday morning at 119.97, down 0.06. Overnight data released showed Japan Housing starts were down 3.1 percent year-over-year versus the previous report of down 13 percent. Market talk about U.S. monetary policy and comments from BOJ Head Kuroda has kept trading active in a tight range around unchanged. This evening the BOJ will release its quarterly Tankan report, due out at 7:50 p.m. ET.
