Comcast CMCSA shares are trading lower on Friday after getting a downgrade.

KeyBanc downgraded Comcast's stock from Overweight to Sector Weight.

Comcast is made up of three parts. The core cable business owns networks capable of providing television, Internet access, and phone services. The company acquired NBCUniversal in 2011. NBCU owns several cable networks, including CNBC, MSNBC, and U.S, the NBC broadcast network, several local NBC affiliates, Universal Studios.

Comcast shares are trading down 1% at $37.22 at time of publication. The stock has a 52-week high of $47.74 and a 52-week low of $31.70.
