AAPL may consider increasing its payments to Foxconn Electronics
HNHPF by 20-25% for manufacture of the iPhone 6 Plus, in order accelerate production and meet the higher than expected demand for 5.5-inch phone, according to supply chain sources, as reported by
DigiTimes. Foxconn reportedly currently gets paid $20 for each iPhone 6 Plus made, and that would raise the payment to ~$25, according to the sources.
