According to a source out of Asia, Apple Inc. AAPL is likely to revamp its MacBook line of personal computers with the highlight being a redesigned MacBook Air and Pro. With the introduction of the 12.9 inch iPad Pro, the emphasis will be on making laptops larger in size with a 15 inch MacBook Air and 17 inch MacBook Pro expected to be debuted.

The source is the Economic Daily news which is a Taiwanese news publication which has posted Apple news in the past. Mikey Campbell of Apple insider wrote, “While a reshuffled MacBook Air lineup is a possibility, today's rumor smacks more of a long-awaited MacBook Pro refresh….A similar scenario played out last year when Apple's supply chain began leaking information about what would ultimately become the 12-inch MacBook with Retina display.

The emphasis for the redesign is believed to further differentiate the large iPad with their line of laptops. The personal computers are also believed to be lighter and faster than current models, with no further details regarding the design being available at this time.

Currently, Apple Inc. is trading at $118.98, up 0.98 percent.
